We hired PoolBuildersOttawa.ca and they dug the hole in about 5 hours. Our soil is clay and luckily they didn't hit any rocks. The weather was nice and dry which was also a good thing because in the rain the clay makes an absolute mess. The pool is the 18' and 30' "Odysee II" shape from Highbury Pools.
Did that red crabapple tree survive ? Pretty good digger !
ReplyDeleteHow many truck of fill they hauled away? Do they damage lawn on front yard and between houses?
ReplyDeleteI didn't count truck loads but it was a lot. They did damage the lawn between houses - maybe a 3' strip but they put top soil to the side for me to reuse when they started to dig..... I planted seed and it grew back in abbot 4 weeks.
